Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open, click the link above to download the registration form. Please contact the registrar to inquire about class availability and with any enrollment questions by CLICKING HERE.

At the time of registration, a registration fee of $100 is due. The registration fee is non-refundable.

You may drop off your completed registration forms and the appropriate fee in the mail slot on the front door at the school. You may also send the completed registration forms with appropriate fee by mail to:

TUITION COSTS

Pre-K Class, M/T/W/Th, 12:00pm – 2:45pm: $325 per month

4’s Class, M/W/F, 8:30am – 11:00am: $225 per month

3’s Class, T/Th, 8:30am – 11:00am: $175 per month

$200 Start-up and Participation Fee which covers field trip costs, a preschool t-shirt and supplies for each student, with a $100 refundable deposit at the end of the school year (applied to May’s tuition) based on full participation of your responsibilities. If a fee is assessed for a missed parent meeting, late tuition, or non-participation in your parent job and it is not paid, it will be deducted from this deposit.

Discounts:

• There is a 5% discount given if the full year’s tuition is paid by the first day of class.
• If multiple children from the same immediate family, the oldest child pays full tuition, all subsequent children will have a 30% discount.

Additional Information:

• We ask that cashier’s checks, money orders, or personal checks be used when paying tuition. (No cash, please)
• Regular tuition payments may also be paid online using a debit card through emailed invoices sent from our Treasurer.
• A late fee of $50 will be charged for payments received after the 5th of the month unless prior arrangements are made with the Treasurer.
• NSF checks will incur a $25 fine.
  (Tuition and fees will be prorated depending on enrollment date.)

GUIDELINES

• • A child must be 3 years of age by September 1st to enter the 3’s class or 4 by September 1st to enter the 4’s class. Pre-K is up to the discretion of the Teachers based on the development level of the child.
  • All children must be toilet trained before entering school.
  • Preschooler to Teacher/Adult Helper Ratio = 3:1 for the 3’s class; 4:1 for the 4’s class; 5:1 for the Pre-K class. (These numbers are based on full enrollment numbers.)
  • OCP has a secondary enrollment period in January for the 3’s class, the Teacher opens up 2-3 new spots. Your child must be 3 years old to enroll at that time.

There are also a limited number of spots for families that are unable to co-op. Please discuss this with our registrar to find out more information.
